1.1 Application of ELISA Reader
ELISA Reader, is the professional instrument for ELISA test, widely used in Modular Biology, Immunology, Cytology, Bio-chemistry, Electrophysiology, and HighThroughput Screening of Drugs, etc. The core of ELISA reader is a colorirmeter, mearuring the content of antigen and antibody in colorimetric method.
1.2 Introduction of HZR801
HZR801 is a newly designed ELISA Reader with 8 chennals, vertical light path, which can conduct test on 96-well microplate via single wavelength or dual wavelengthes. The OD value can be showed and printed with accuracy of three decimal places.
On HZR801 ELISA Reader, user can edit program via keyboard, set parameters for reading microplate and analyse, select report format, and print report via built-in or external printer.
Its built-in interface RS232C realizes the analyse on PC.
There are software of English and Chinese versions for option.User can print result reports in English and Chinese, QC statistics, qualititive report, simple qualititive curve fitting, result query, and patients’s information. This software is suitable for hospitals.
