Boldenone ELISA Test Kit for Plasma, Serum, Milk, Fish, Shrimp, Beef, Chicken, Pork and Urine
The Boldenone ELISA Test Kit provides a competitive enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative analysis of Boldenone in various sample types including plasma, serum, milk, fish, shrimp, beef, chicken, pork, and urine. This kit supports up to 96 tests or approximately 42 samples in duplicate (assuming 12 wells for standards).
Kit Features
- Rapid extraction methods (10-40 minutes) with high recovery (≥80%) and cost-effectiveness
- High sensitivity and low detection limit (0.2 ng/g or ppb)
- Quick ELISA assay completion (less than 1.5 hours regardless of sample quantity)
- High reproducibility across tests
Sample Preparation Instructions
Meat Samples (Fish, Shrimp, Beef, Chicken, Pork)
1. Homogenize a reasonable amount of sample with a suitable mixer
2. Weigh out 2g of the homogenized sample into a suitable vial and mix thoroughly with 8mL of acetonitrile, vigorously vortex for 2 minutes
3. Keep the vial standing for 1 minute and then transfer 1mL of the acetonitrile into a new vial
4. Dry the sample completely in a 60-70℃ water bath by blowing nitrogen gas
5. Add 0.25mL of Sample Diluent and vortex for 15 seconds
6. Use 50μL of the sample solution per well for the assay
Note: The sample should be well-scattered. Dilution Factor: 1
Milk Samples
1. High-fat milk should be defatted by centrifuging
2. Pipette 2mL of the milk sample and add 0.5mL of methanol, vortex for 15 seconds
3. Use 50μL per well for the assay
Note: Dilution Factor: 1.25
Urine Samples
1. Centrifuge 1 mL of the urine sample at 4,000 x g for 5 minutes
2. Pipette 0.5mL of the urine supernatant and mix with 0.4mL of distilled water and 0.1mL of methanol, vortex for 15 seconds
3. Use 50μL per well for the assay
Note: Dilution Factor: 2
Plasma/Serum Samples
1. Pipette 1mL of the homogenized sample into a suitable vial and mix with 4mL of acetonitrile, vigorously vortex for 2 minutes
2. Keep the vial standing for 1 minute and then transfer 2mL of the acetonitrile into a new vial
3. Dry the sample completely in a 60-70℃ water bath by blowing nitrogen gas
4. Add 0.2 mL of distilled water and vortex for 15 seconds
5. Use 50μL of the sample solution per well for the assay
Note: Dilution Factor: 0.5
