• Water used to prepare all ELISA reagents and buffers must be deionized or distilled water.
• The standards contain deoxynivalenol. Particular care should be taken. Avoid contact of the reagent with the skin(use gloves).
• Decontamination of the glassware and the deoxynivalenol solutions is best carried out using a sodium hypochlorite (bleach) solution (10%v/v) overnight ( adjust solution with HCl to pH 7.0)
