  Zilpaterol ELISA Kit-FQL5/5 provides a competitive enzyme immunoassay for the qualitative analysis of zilpaterol in tissue, milk, feed and urine. Up to 96 tests or assaying about 46 samples in duplicate( assuming 4 wells for standards).

Sample Diluent

Mix 1ml of Sample buffer(10x) with 9mL of distilled water, ready for use.

Tissue(Beef,Chicken,Pork)

• Homogenize a reasonable amount of sample with a suitable mixer.
• Weigh out 2g of the homogenize sample into a suitable vial and mix thoroughly with 6mL of Extraction Diluent, vigorously vortex for 2min.
• Centrifuge it at 4,000 x g for 5 minutes.
• Use 50μL of the supernatant per well for the assay.

Milk

• High-fat milk should be defatted by centrifuging;
• Pipette 0.2mL of the milk sample and add 0.8mL of Sample Diluent, vortex for 15s
• Use 50μL the diluent per well for the assay.

Urine

• Centrifuge 1 mL of the urine sample at 4,000 x g for 5 minutes.
• Pipette 0.5mL of the urine supernatant and mix with 0.5mL of Sample Diluent, vortex for 15s;
• Use 50μL the diluent per well for the assay.

Feed

• Weigh out 1g of the homogenize feed sample into a suitable vial and mix with 8mL of Extraction Diluent ,vortex for 2min.
• Centrifuge it at 4,0000xg for 5minutes.
• Pipette 0.2mL of the supernatant and add 0.8mL of Sample Diluent, vortex for 15s

Use 50μL the diluent per well for the assay.
